Joanne Neenan is currently a Visiting Fellow of the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict (ELAC). She is a lawyer in the International Institutions and Security Policy Team of the Legal Directorate of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. During her FCO career, Joanne has moved between legal and policy roles, recently returning from spending 3 years at the UK mission to the UN in New York.
